Gadjos at the opera! Feb 25.
"On February 25 the foyer of the Göteborg Opera will be
transformed into a club for the night. The event will take place
on the night of the première of modern dance classic noBody.
The club will open at 7:30 pm on Saturday February 25 in the Göteborg Opera foyer. After the première of noBody, we'll dance to the sound of live music and DJs all night long, together with the dancers of the Göteborg Ballet. The Göteborg Opera Restaurant and bars will be serving food and drinks. Music will be provided by DJ Demonika, Klezmer quartet Zimmes (the singer of which is also a violinist in the Göteborg Opera Orchestra) and the Balkan band Gothenburg Gadjos. The last After Dance Party, which took place during Kulturnatta 2011, was extremely successful, completely transforming the Göteborg Opera foyer for the night.
